Living in Asia since early 2011 (initially Singapore, now in HK), she has significant international experience and skill in working productively and respectfully with the subtle differences that can manifest in diverse groups, and appreciates the opportunities she has had to have lead and facilitated engaging senior leadership development experiences in countries including Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Korea, India, UAE, UK and several others!

MCIPD qualified and accredited coach at senior practitioner level (EMCC through iCoach Academy). Accredited in various psychometric instruments - MBTI, FIRO B, Facet 5 and Hogan.
