Debbie Mannas is Head of Organisational Development and Talent for Sun Life Asia. An HR strategist with over 17 years in HR leadership positions, she is passionate about cultivating high performing, diverse and inclusive cultures through creating a vision, building and leading strong teams, working with stakeholders and designing and facilitating great learning experiences. She was an early adopter of gamification, embedding its philosophies into performance management and experiential learning programs for many years. Debbie was mentor with The Women’s Foundation (2016/17) and is a frequent guest speaker at HR events.  

In today’s busy world, it’s easy to lose sight of the things that bring us meaning beyond work, which help us stay energised and creative, forgiving of ourselves and generous to others. Debbie truly believes in living a whole life. She wears many hats outside of work, as a mother, a poet, and a singer/songwriter with two original solo albums, #DeborahMagician and #DeborahInspired available on all digital platforms, which she performs live all over Hong Kong, and as a guest artist on radio and TV.
