Helen Coult is Director, Asia Pacific for Armstrong Craven, the world’s largest specialist talent solutions and research consultancy. Helen joined the company in the UK in 2015 as Global Client Partner and progressed through to her current role, based in Singapore, in 2018.

Helen sits on the global Leadership team and is responsible for APAC operations, commercial leadership and development of Armstrong Craven’s APAC client base, in addition to global account management of some of the consultancy’s key clients. She provides specialist talent solutions consultancy to businesses, especially those undergoing transformation or struggling to attract the most innovative digital or diverse talent.

Helen has over 16 years of experience in executive search, recruitment and talent consultancy. Prior to joining Armstrong Craven, Helen held a senior in-house Talent Acquisition role across the 7 agencies within GroupM, the world’s leading media investment company (part of WPP Group Plc).
