Alf possesses extensive international business experience across the US, Europe, Asia & Africa gained from working with Fortune 500 companies (global investment banks and multinational industrial conglomerates), as well as privately held entrepreneurial businesses, in diverse in-house and supplier roles.
Alf uses an inclusive and consultative approach to motivate and direct people to enhance the user experience with focus on cost & quality control as well as continuous process improvements. He assertively manages multiple priorities and builds trust through proactive stakeholder engagement and supplier partnership. He remains actively engaged in external benchmarking networks.
Alf is a passionate and persevering leader of strategic operations management in ambiguous, matrixed and multi-cultural environments, including JV and M&A supervision. Alf currently holds the position of Senior Regional HR Leader, Talent Mobility – Asia Pacific & Sub-Saharan Africa at General Electric, supporting GE’s global business operations from Energy to Aviation, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Power and Renewables industries.
