Vicky is Associate Dean of International Programmes at BPP University School of Business and is based in Singapore. She has been an influential figure at BPP University for more than seven years, while teaching leadership and management to students from across the world. She has over 20 years of international management experience and her expertise in leadership, management and organisational change spans four continents. Vicky is passionate about the importance of management education and leadership development in tackling the complex challenges faced by today’s organisations. Her current focus is the creation of learning programmes in executive education and designing impactful work-based learning in the area of future capabilities and digital disruption. Vicky is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Senior Fellow of the UK’s Higher Education Academy.
