Starting her career in Accor hotels in Australia, Sonya has spent the last 18 years working in Human Resources leadership roles across Asia.  Her career has swung between Learning and Development Specialist and Human Resource Generalist predominantly focused in smaller entrepreneurial hotel companies that are in either a transition or a growth phase.  Her latest role has brought her back to Accor, leading the Talent & Culture strategies across the newly formed Southeast Asia, Japan and South Korea Hub.
