Formerly global head of talent processes at Schneider Electric, Peter has more than 30 years’ experience in helping organisations achieve their purpose and strategic objectives through people.
He has served as Principal in human capital and talent management at HR consultancies Mercer and Willis Towers Watson, and has held the role of Asia-Pacific head of OD and talent management at Merck/MSD and at MetLife insurance.
Originally from the UK, Peter has been based in Asia since 1996. He has lived and worked in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia, and worked in China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand and Turkey. Earlier in his career he lived and worked in South Africa and Zimbabwe, and consulted throughout mainland Europe.
Peter is an associate fellow and chartered psychologist of the British Psychological Society, holds a master’s degree in I/O psychology and an MBA from the London Business School.
