Peter Goh was appointed Managing Director and Director, Human Resource & Organization in 2017. He is responsible for the full range of people policy‐making and operations, including Talent & Organization Strategy, Rewards, People Analytics, HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services. He started his career as a research scientist in DSO National Laboratories and as a Manager at Defense Science and Technology Agency (DSTA), before moving into human resources as Head, HR at Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR).

Dr Goh graduated with first class honours in Natural Sciences from University of Cambridge. He also holds a Doctorate in Chemistry from Imperial College London, and Master of Arts in Organization Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University.
