As the Director of HRIS for AIA group in Hong Kong, Jose Enrique manages the group HR information systems. His job is to ensure the HR group systems provide the best experience for the employees; efficient, paperless HR operations enabled through process standardisation and automation for our business units; reliable data and enhanced people insights to drive AIA leadership business decision making together with flexible and scalable solution to meet future growth goals at optimal costs reducing people, systems and operations risks. 

His passion is all about helping organisations with their technology & people strategy and transformation journey. He has more than 20 years of experience working in technology transformation, especially in the deployment of global human resource transformation programs. He has worked for international companies like Inditex, Netjets, Telefonica, AXA and now AIA. 

He has an extensive experience deploying and operating HR cloud systems like Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle Cloud HCM, IBM Watson and RPAs (robot process automation).
