Based in Hong Kong, Jeff is currently the director of organizational effectiveness and talent development for Starbucks, covering 14 markets in the Asia Pacific region.  

Jeff started his career at Morgan Stanley. As a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), he brought forth his business acumen and analytical capabilities to further develop his career as a management consultant at Accenture. He continued his consulting journey at Cathay Pacific and KPMG and extended his career footprint to leadership development, talent management, organization development and other strategic HR practices over the course of 18 years as a seasoned HR leader.  

Jeff joined Starbucks in 2014, striving to build a different kind of company together with more than 330,000 Starbucks partners.
