Eugene Loh is the Global Head, Human Resources. He is responsible for the design and implementation of SPO’s HR strategy. Eugene leads a team responsible for the delivery of a full suite of HR functions, including learning, talent management & acquisition, employee engagement, total rewards, organisational design as well as diversity & inclusion.

Eugene joined SPO as the General Manager, People in July 2014 as part of the company’s HR transformation journey to evolve the HR function into a Business Partner and HR Shared Services model together with the sister company, The China Navigation Company (CNCo).

He has more than 20 years of experience in HR and has held various managerial and leadership HR-related roles in various industries, including hospitality, chemicals, aviation, shipping and oil & gas.
