Dr Zoë Fortune is CEO of the City Mental Health Alliance in Hong Kong (CMHA HK) which she helped establish in 2017. 

A researcher by background, Zoë has over fifteen years experience in academic, commercial and not-for-profit sectors with a focus on evaluation of mental health and communication for development programs.  Zoe holds a degree in Psychology from University College London and a PhD in Health Services Research from King’s College London.  Zoë is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Hong Kong, and an instructor in Mental Health First Aid.
