As the HR Vice President for T-Systems Singapore, Brandon is responsible for strategic business partnering for executive management and has experience in regional advisory roles in employee development and recruitment. He has also served as a thought leader for organizational design and has provided internal coaching to senior leaders. As an APAC consultant for leadership and leading multi-generations, Brandon has also been involved in performance management systems, total workforce training roadmaps and change management projects.
