Elaine is a passionate and seasoned HR leader with more than 25 years’ experience in the field.  Much of which involved advising board level on HR challenges.  Elaine specializes in providing integrated HR solutions to support business growth.  This includes the development and implementation of talent management strategies, organizational design and development, senior management coaching, employee engagement projects & labour relation, as well as professionalizing the HR infrastructure & competence. 

Elaine headed the HR teams in various multinational companies across different industries.  She is now the Head of HR in Sino Group, one of the top few property developers in Hong Kong.  Before Sino, she had headed the HR functions in two of Jardine’s Companies, namely Zung Fu Group — a luxury automobile retailer in China and HK, and Jardine Schindler Limited, which provides lifts and escalator solutions in 12 different countries in Asia.   

Elaine earned her MBA degree from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor degree of Commerce from the University of British Columbia. 

She is the HR Advisor to Music Children Foundation, an NGO which provides opportunities to underprivileged children to learn music, and a member of the 2019 HKIHRM Annual Conference Organising Committee.
