Susane Yan is an experienced learning and talent professional with more than 20 years of experience in L&D and financial services.  She is the regional talent and development partner in Schroders.  She is responsible for developing and executing the L&D strategy across APAC which covers all employees, managers and leaders, and talent development across career span.  She facilitates the talent management agenda in partnership with HR and business leaders across the region.  She also leads and executes various regional D&I initiatives including millennials at work, mental health awareness, gender equality, and LGBT Inclusion.  Before joining Schroders, she was talent partner for Manulife and prior to that, she was regional learning leader for Wells Fargo Bank in Asia.  She started her career in frontline sales with HSBC, and held various senior business and strategic roles for 8 years before making a career change into HR and L&D.
