Fiona started her career with an HR consulting company, followed by sizable MNCs including Reuters, Bayer Group and currently with Schneider Electric, Fiona brings a wealth of experience from her career in delivering sustainable HR solutions in matrixed organizations under fast moving business environments across both mature and under developed economies. 

Fiona is passionate in making differences through HR.  Being a change driver and talent scout, she believes strongly the values HR could bring in transforming an organization and delivering business performance under any economic environments. In her 14 years with Schneider Electric, she has taken up different responsibilities including overseeing HR function for Hong Kong where the Regional & Global executives sited, managing Reward Solutions across Asia Pacific countries; developing Center of Excellence for Global Reward Solutions.  Her current responsibility in HR transformation allows her to execute fully her mission in transforming HR function into an employee centric business enabling function.
