Tony has more than 20 years HR, Change Management and Consulting experience working in New Zealand, Europe and Asia. Since arriving in Hong Kong from the UK where he was a director at a niche consulting firm – Tony has embraced the consumerisation of HR, and the use of data and insights to transform the employee experience at Cathay Pacific, an agenda he has been leading since 2015. He currently oversees 5 centres of excellence based in Hong Kong, and is also accountable for Cathay’s HKG and global business partnering portfolios. An agitator for change and regular speaker at external events, he is a firm believer that ‘experience management’ provides the HR profession with a wonderful opportunity to modernise and in doing so help unlock the value and potential of employees.
